Flowy, Floral Skirt

I love this skirt! I bought it from Urban Outfitters 10+ years ago and wore it many times (mostly to work). It’s in perfect condition. It’s flowy, fun, and flirty yet still modest and professional. I would keep it if it still fit me. I would guess it’s a small: measures approx. 14.5” waist.
