Flowy Long Navy Maxi H&M Skirt with elastic waistband

Has tags, unworn. Beautiful long, flowy, navy color. I thought it was black when I was in the store but realized it was blue and never wore it. Has an underlayer, definitely good for colder seasons and would keep warm. Nice material, will probably last forever.
