Flowy Navy Blue Maxi Dress with Sheer Bottom

Elegant navy blue maxi dress in a sheer flowy fabric. It is lined down to the knee area, so the bottom is semi-transparent. The waist is cinched with elastic sewn in. The straps are adjustable. I am 5'3" and it is a little long on me without heels on. Condition: Very Good - only worn 2-3 times and hand washed.
