Flowy Off-the-Shoulder Choker Top

Bought it from Charlotte Russe a long time ago and have not worn it once because I could not find an occasion to wear it to! Needs to be steamed or ironed as it is a little wrinkly but in really good condition otherwise, the choker is attached with a zipper which is really nice too
