Flowy Polka-dot Summer dress | Size Small

Classic black with white polka-dots, this wrap hi-lo maxi dress features a "pull through" tie closure, creating a deep V-Neck. The back drop is almost floor length, while the irregular front hem line is very flowy and flouncy, moving as you walk. At it's highest peak in the front the hems join right about at knee height or just above on me and I am about 5'6". Very lightweight fabric, yet not see-thru in the slightest: perfect for summer to beat the heat while looking (and feeling) every bit the breezy beautiful covergirl ;)
