This beauty is flowy w/ruffles at chest & bottom. It is beautiful red color w/ floral print of purples, blues, greens, pink, off white. It has adjustable Spaghetti straps, red lining. It has an elastic cinch waist. I am 5' 10", it hits me around mid calf. Only worn once, like new!
