Flowy Shorts

These navy blue shorts have a chiffon/pleated texture and are very flowy. When worn they appear as a skirt. They have a zipper on the left side/hip and are full lined. They are size 2 from Kimchi Blue for Urban Outfitters. I bought these from a seller on Poshmark and never wore them. They remain is great condition.
