Flowy Shoulder Cut-Out Dress

Flowy shoulder cut-out dress with tie front. It feels swooshy/flowy, but has two layers so it's not see-through. Sleeves have a little elastic around wrists. This is a poshmark resell because it was too big on me, but it's in great gently worn condition! Measurements below: Length from top of shoulder to bottom of dress: 34 inches Length from top of shoulder to waist line: 12.5 inches Length of sleeves from top of shoulder to wrist: ~27.5 inches Width around cinched waist line: ~30 inches
