Flowy, Silky, Multicolor LOFT dress

Beautiful, colorful, flowy dress Loose fit Elastic, adjustable waistband with a tie so you can adjust where you want it to sit on your body. Tiered look seams on skirt area. There are are small two pulls on top chest area but IMO they're not really noticeable. (see 6th pic). Armpit to armpit laid flat = ~ 25" Bloused up as shown on mannequin, it was approximately 32" from shoulder to hem. But the elastic is adjustable so the distance to hem can be shortened or lengthened.
