Flowy Summer Dress Shorts

These are super comfortable and look almost skirt like when on. They are sort of an ivory or off white color with royal blue detail and blue fringe trim on the pockets. They are from Target and were only worn once to a summer wedding. Size is large and has no stains rips or tears, is very much in new condition. Material is very soft and comfortable to wear.
