Navy blue, light weight, airy dress, brand new from Dillard’s, it’s long, breathable and would hit the ankle on someone 5’8-5’10! I’m 6’3 and it just doesn’t work but I’d wear it if it wear longer. Loved the ruched back to work with all bust sizes.
