New Never Used Tag size shows 3X. Thinking they are close to that but definitely 2X. Material is listed as chiffon. Based on feel thinking it is a silk chiffon blend or some other synthetic material. Soft to the touch with some stretch. Not pull tie string but more of a decorative for bow tie.
