Flowy Yellow Striped Pants

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tamara_collazo. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Great condition! No major flaws. Only worn once since purchasing. There is a white shorts liner underneath and the yellow/white stripe fabric is see through. Slits in fronts of legs. Belt is made of same fabric as the pants. This is more of a M even though the tag says L. Please see measurements. Waist is 14.5 inches flat would stretch to 17.5 inches. Length from waist to bottom hem is 42 inches. Questions?
