Gently worn & hand washed once. Fully-lined. Great condition except for a snag on the upper left side (see last pic), not noticeable. This is super cute but just too baggy for me as pictured.💔 When laid flat: Neckline to hem: 26” Waist approx starts at 11.5” & is very stretchy
