Flowy baby blue midi Zara dress. Never worn

Light blue Zara midi dress with slits and ruffles. Never worn. The tag was lose original and fell off. Excellent dress for a wedding guest PS the strap is twisted. Their should be a way to straighten it out but I have bad joint pain and couldn’t do it for the pictures.
