Flowy black top with silver/gold design

This is a flowy black blouse that has a sliver and black design on the front. There are strings in the front so you can wear it open or tied. The sleeves have elastic at the bottom so the sleeves are loose on the arms and then tighter on the forearms. Only worn a couple of times.
