Flowy blue dress

Unique pattern dress. Great for the summer. It has a navy lining in it that goes to your knees. I usually wore it with a belt as shown in my pictures. This dress has been to like 9 different countries so it has lots of stories to tell. Time to let someone else enjoy it :)
