Flowy circle/skater skirt

Fun and twirly black circle skirt by Kathy. Would be PERFECT for an Ariana Grande costume :) For reference my measurements are 5’2”, 115 lbs., 26” waist. Condition: never worn, no signs of wear. (I bought this for a specific event and ended up not needing it). Fabric: 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Measurements: Waist: ~11.5” (elastic waist so has some stretch) Length: ~16”
