Flowy cotton dress with lace detail

Army/olive green. Lace detail, ruffle on the bottom and button on the back. Worn once for a wedding shower. This is a boutique item I bought as is so it has a small stain on the back that is barely noticeable when on. Not sure what size but I’d guess 24 months/2t
