Flowy floral maxi dress

This dress is soft and flowy, with a cute floral design. Floor length, though it has been altered. It’s still long on me (I’m 5’3”). 17” across the bust, which has also been altered and still fits loosely on me (I have small/narrow shoulders). Very flattering around waist. Racer back style.
