Flowy, floral mini dress

This is a fully embroidered, black and white mini dress originally purchased from Urban Outfitters. It has bell sleeves that hit about half way down the arm and a button closure back. It has been shrunken slightly so I wore it in the winter with tights and boots and it was perfect but if you're shorter than 5'7 (my height) you could probably wear it without tights! The fabric is a bit heavy which helps give the dress to the skirt a great swing and feel. Ask for more pics/measurements!
