Flowy grey maxi skirt with wide waistband, nice and long

Reposhing this because it ended up being a bit big; it was listed as a 0, but there's no size tag and I think it's more like a 2 or 4. I'm listing it as a Small because it seems bigger than my size XS maxi skirts. The waist is about 24" measured flat (see photo), but it's super stretchy. Hard to say exactly, but I think it could stretch up to 32" or more. About 40" from waist to hem. No fabric tag, but after searching for similar skirts, it looks like it's probably a rayon/spandex blend (hand wash cold, line dry).
