Flowy heather green 3/4 sleeve tunic

Size small, lace lined at the bottom front hem is in perfect shape. This top was one of my favorites but it has gotten too small through the bust (see measurements in pictures). Everywhere else it is stretchy and flowy. Lovely over skinny jeans/jeggings/leggings with ankle booties. No brand name, but looks like an umgee that I own.
