Flowy navy floral dressy tunic

Only worn a couple times in great shape. Navy background with gold and white flowers. Bell sleeves have a little layering. Not a tight shirt by any means. Nice and flowy and bottom has a little extra flap. Keyhole tie in back, front is a curved vneck. Runs a little bigger than a small just because of the fit.
