Elastic on top so you can move it where you’d like, plus super size flexible. I’m a standard xl and this is a medium. Easy to size around. It’s a teal color and satin feeling material. Worn once. There are also black strings meaning to tie at the shoulder. I personally didn’t like the look on me so I just tucked the strings inside the top but that’s an option for you too.
