Flowy off-the-shoulder Summer Dress by Skylar + Madison

Perfect for summer this off-the-shoulder dress is fun, flowy, and sophisticated. Great for brunch or even to wear as a guest to a summer wedding. The tag says small but it fits more like an extra small, I am 5'7" and weigh 130lbs, and typically wear a small/ medium in dresses and it was a little snug on me. Only wore once for a photoshoot, used like new condition. The fabric is wrinkled which is the style of the dress.
