Flowy red textured dress

Flirty and flowy with embroidered circle accents. Two bow adjustments at each side for a more flattering waist. Very well made with silk on the inside making it very comfortable to wear to work or out to dinner. Only worn once for a business casual meeting. Size 4 but fits like a small.
