Flowy ruffled keyhole neckline mock neck blouse - lovely!

This blouse is fully lined with two buttons at the neck and multiple layers of ruffles around the neckline. This can be dressed up or down and looks great with a blazer. I have only worn it a couple of times. Not much stretch to it but fits true to size.
