wondering if this would fit me, i'm a size 6...not familiar with this brand's sizing. Are there multiple layers in this skirt? what is the material? What is the length?

@ljk0615 it has a gartered waist, I usually wear between a size 0-3. The length of the skirt is 15.5''. The tag rubbed off so I'm not quite sure what material it is :/
