Flowy tie-neck blouse

This is a sleeveless floral chiffon blouse, with a swingy silhouette, that I got from Nordstrom Rack. It has a V-neckline with attached tie front detail. I've only worn this once, and would be cute paired with white shorts or white skinny jeans.
