This is a flowy tulle skirt with tag, fits size S to M. Elastic waist, below knee length, lined, generous in hips. Very 80s Madonna. Can be paired with silky top for dressy evening look or funked up a la sex and the city paired with a tied tee shirt and sneakers. Fun piece. Would need to be carefully hand washed and hung to dry.
