funkyurbangirl @dunnshannon40 Great question. I am a Size 8. The buckle on the back is adjustable which I have it on middle. These would fit either a size 7.5 or size 8. I am a normal width foot and the width is comfortable, wide foot would work but more to the size 7.5 and not a size 8. If you have a high arch, these may not but ultra comfortable as they do hit me close to the ankle joint. You can wear barefoot, with a sock and there is no slippage of the heel either way.
