Fluffy, lined, windproof neck warmer

This dark navy fake fur neck warmer is 12.5" wide before stretching or toggling. It is lined with a navy 100% polyester heathered jersey. The 'fur' is also 100% polyester, with a warm filling of 70% polyester and 30% rayon. There is a drawstring toggle on the lower edge to keep your neck covered and warm.the lower edge is 7" high and the upper edge is 9". There is added padding and a windproof film for extra warmth. It is machine washable, air dry. This item is brand new, never worn but without tags.
