Flutter Sleeve Midi Summer Dress

I purchased this piece from a boutique in Tokyo a few years ago. LOVE it, just not my style anymore. Material feels very high quality, the skirt has a beautiful flow to it, and the waist line has a comfortable stretch to it. The top is cream with vertical stripes and the bottom is a soft salmon pink. Back has some rhinestone faux buttons. Fits like a US medium.
