New. Never worn. Tried on indoors. I found a manufacturing (loose stitching/lining separated from seam) flaw, back top interior at ankle of right bootie. Please see pic. Not noticeable when wearing and does not affect integrity. Comes with original box as shown; box has some marks on top.
