Flying Toucans Open Back Midi Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @kundalini11. This is just the cutest dress ever and -- like everything else from Farm Rio -- it's incredibly well-made. Tragically, it doesn't fit me across the hips. My current measurements are 33-27-38. If you have similar measurements up top and are under 38" across the hips this should fit you like a dream. Waist can be cinched with the tie-waist so it can accommodate smaller upper measurements. Thanks for looking!
