castrok3 @tarcella so the hip width is kind of adjustable since you can tie the dress so the the neckline is high like the picture or a little lower and adjust how tightly you tie it. When I measure the hip across the dress its 21inches from side to side (so 41 in total) and then about 2 inches lower it’s about 23 inches across (46 in total). So depending on torso length and height etc it can be adjusted. I think it would fit a small or medium. Hope this helps.
