This blazer looks like a mens size, although im not sure as it doesnt say. I can say from experience that it looks quite stylish as an oversized casual blazer. Taking a guess I would say its a mens size medium to large, and a womens large to extra large. No functional pockets. Made of: Shell 100% polyester, Lining- 100% polyester
