Focus 2000 black skirt flared flouncy Size 4 Petite

Focus 2000 black flared / flouncy skirt with pleats at bottom Size 4 Petite or 4P Unique and really cute skirt that can easily be dressed up. Has 3 inverted pleats at bottom of front and back that have a sheer black insert. Very fun! At waist there is a belt and buckle that are attached and provide some adjustment. Zips up back. Partially lined down to where pleats start. Fabric is a polyester spandex and rayon blend. 14” across waistband 21.5” long Pleats begin 9” above hem NWOT never worn. No flaws.
