Fold-formed Copper Leaf Earrings - 1.5 inches

These earrings are called fold forms, in which metal is cut, heated (or "annealed"), folded in half, and hammered on an inside or outside edge to create a curve. This process is done over and over as the metal slowly takes on the shape I want. I then polish and tumble the earrings to give them a high polish, attach ear wires and box them to send to you. Each pair is unique, as every hammer blow affects the final shape. These earrings are made from high-quality American copper. Copper is a reactive metal and may antique over time.
