Foley + Corinna White cocktail dress with black details. Sweetheart neckline with straps, as well as boning built into the top so it can be easily worn strapless. The top layer of the dress is a white netting/gauzy white with interesting pleats sewn in, and it has a white polyester lining underneath to keep it from being sheer/see through.
