Foot Locker Black V-Neck Short Sleeves Cotton Tee 2XL XL

Foot Locker black v-neck short sleeves tee is womens size 2XL but fits me more like a womens XL. I bought this at a 2nd hand store thinking it would fit me. But being made of 100% cotton I should have figured it would have shrunk. Made in Lesotho. Armpit to armpit is 22” across front. Shoulder to hem is 24.4” long. Pictures are too light. Shirt is solid dark black. I took a pic inside but due to bad lighting it’s not clear.
