momw2 1) Does this stretch? 2) Would you be able to measure the band by laying flat and to the ends of the clasps. Then again at the bottom clasps. Thank you~!

momw2 I am between M and L in this brand. Can you compare the "fit" to a few other styles FLL bustier fits? White or black eyelet bustier, new black rose one, new pink sparkly rose bustier comparison??? Or alternately, can I return if its too small? That's why I need measurements. Thank you kindly~!
