plantprincess99 @jtarigo sorry for the delay! Measurements for the hips: 18 without stretch laid flat, could stretch to 19. So some stretch for about 36 to 38 in hips max. Hope this helps! :)

plantprincess99 @jtarigo oh! The waist is also 13 laid flat and could stretch to 14. So for a 26 to 28 waist max. This is closer to a high waist though so this is not for a natural waist measurement. I would recommend measuring your waist a few inches above the belly button for a closer fit. But not too close to the bust either, right in between there should be accurate for the fit. :)
