oliviaclayton @cybs525 only the top of the dress is elastic so that it doesn’t fall down. the waist has an attached piece of fabric that ties however tight you want it! I hope that makes sense haha please let me know if it doesn’t and I’ll try to explain better

oliviaclayton @cybs525 well the waist tie thing is sewn onto the back of it so if you detach that then it would flow. the reason it didn’t work out for me was that my legs are too long so it looks short on me so if you’re shorter it would look great!
