This top from for love and lemons is brand new without tags. Purchased last summer from Victoria’s Secret and just never got around to wearing it. It is so pretty. The straps tie so they’re completely adjustable. The back straps are stretchy so there’s wiggle room in the measurements (added to the pictures)
