mandapanda83 My brother has Aspergers and he's 18 months younger. My son has CP due to the common virus CMV. My prayers are with you and your family. I have some autism awareness Jamberry nail wraps coming. I'm designing my own CMV wraps. Almost all of the community know my sweet baby boy Greyboo! josiefredericks They are not Poshers, but they could be! One really has her hands full with a young severely autistic son, one has a daughter who is about 17 who had a birth defect with shortened arms (dozens of surgeries at Shriners Hospital) and had brain surgery last year, and the other has a son who has I believe cystic fibrosis and is wheelchair bound, but graduated from college this year!! XOXO

josiefredericks My Autism Mom already shared it!! Thanks so much! She does tons of volunteer work and helps countless families who are financially challenged due to their children's illnesses. Finding them doctors, daycare, dentists (who need to be extra special) and everything else you could ever imagine, and some things we could never imagine. This will touch many, many families!

vik_rod @retrouvailles 🙏🏽 Thanks for tagging me. I searched thru my comments to find it again. The morning you tagged me, I read it & cried on my way to work. I cried today when I found it. These past 3 mos have been challenging for our family in finding the right afterschool caregiver for our son. We've been piecing every wk w/ people who could step in a day or 2. We're running out of resources. 😞 Though it's hard to stay positive, I know we'll get thru this somehow. 💙

So much emotion, times when I have felt like I might have a total emotional breakdown myself, but also knowing there was more to be done for my son and falling apart would not help him! khloe1113 Count not country.....She has Cerebral Palsy, plus epilepsy brought on by 3 strokes b4 birth......she's 13 Dec 15th and only has about 1/4 of her brain that works now. She's in wheelchair & can't have solid foods, etc.....it takes the parents both sets of grandparents, while he has his mother live with them due to Alzheimers. It's a true miracle... paulalynne Thank you this was so nice of you to share I have a 28 yr. Old son with a brain injury happened 18 mos. Ago no helmet on a dirt bike he's doing great for his type of injury but still has a long way to go!

platinummermaid @mandapanda83 I am getting myself in a position to leave the current abusive situation I am in as soon as I have the funds. I will be taking my 3 youngest boys, my oldest leaves for the Navy July 6th. No child should have to be called "retarded" by their father on a daily basis. When a parent refuses to educate themselves about their child's special needs and instead hazes that child & humiliates them, I just can't take it anymore.
