For Repair Vintage 1932 Waltham Pocket Watch Model 1894 Not Working

This is a 1936 Waltham pocket watch that is not in working condition. The engraving on the back has worn away extensively. The face of watch needs a thorough cleaning, but the glass is in great shape. There is a tiny spot of green tarnish by the knob. Also, the loop is missing.
