It's okay not like u did it on purpose lol! I shipped that package to the other girl a while ago and still haven't heard anything from her so I'm hoping she gets it out soon since it was a Xmas present and my nephew really needs a snow suit :( do u have an email I can send my receipt to?

@jacspiek do u need me to send a pic of my shipping receipt for reimbursement? I still haven't recd my shipping cost or the snow suit as of yet and I'm getting a little frustrated unfortunately. I know it was an honest mistake but , If I don't get the snow suit in the next couple days I'm thinking Maybe we should just cancel my order and u reimburse me my cost of the snow suit and my shipping 😥 I've attempted way more than I really should have and have been very patient. I'm sorry.

@jlugo1125 yes, you have been very patient and I will send you the difference in the mail today with my other packages. I will try to see where the snow suit it's. I never heard back from Posh Mark as of yet but will continue to try. I am so sorry this happened.

I've also decided to reimburse your order amount as well as @jlugo1125 so as soon as I hear back from you I will start the reimbursement process.

@jlugo1125 is there any way you can not accept shipment on your end and be reimbursed? I contacted PoshMark and asked them to refund you through my funds. If and when you receive the snow suit I expect to give you a full refund.

@jlugo1125 I asked them if they would provide the other buyer a packing label under my acct so she can ship it to you. Maybe that's what the issue is.

@jacspiek thanks so much- she's been telling me for weeks she's sent it out and it's a different date every time so I don't think she's going to ship my package- I will buy another because I need it and can't wait any longer. Is poshmark refunding me the shipping and the snowsuit cost together? Thanks again for keeping the communication lines open with me :)

@jlugo1125 again, I'm so sorry that so much time has passed on my acct without having the snowsuit. You would have been extra happy with it because it is top quality. I believe they are. They have even suspended my purchasing ability until you get your $. Which I am so fine with because I haven't been "shopping" for a while on PM anyway.

@jacspiek hi- I recd an email from Posh that they were able to cancel my order and will refund my card for the price of the snowsuit - so the other shipping cost of 12.77 for sending the other buyers box I guess you would have to refund separately. Thanks again for working with me on this as I know it was an honest mistake 😊
