New without tags. Bought for video. Shoot but never worn. Size small. This dress is very long in layers of mesh. The lining extends to the waist from below the bust. Zipper back and also bra strap back. Bustier no shoulder straps. Longest layer is 53 inches from just below the breast. Could easily cut with scissors to hem and would look great.
